🌿 I’m already overwhelmed. Will this feel like more on my plate?

Not at all. She Blossoms is designed for therapists like you—those who are already holding a lot. The live calls are 90 minutes per week, and the pre-recorded content is intentionally short, spacious, and soulful. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace, and there are built-in rest weeks to help you integrate, not rush.

🌸 I’ve done so many trainings. How is this different?

This isn’t a training. It’s a homecoming.
There are no worksheets to mark or models to master—just real, embodied reconnection to your inner world. You’ll learn to listen to your body, honour your limits, and lead with your Self Energy—not your survival strategies.

🤍 Do I need to be spiritual or Buddhist to join?

Not at all. While the course weaves in mindful, trauma-informed practices (and gently honours Eastern wisdom traditions), it’s not religious or dogmatic. Many participants bring their own cultural, spiritual, or secular frameworks—and all are welcome.

🧘‍♀️ I might miss a session or two. Is that okay?

Absolutely. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to a private course portal. You’ll have lifetime access to the materials, so you can revisit them anytime. The community is warm and inclusive—even if you can’t attend every call.

🌏 I don’t live in Australia. Can I still join?

Yes! While live calls are scheduled in AWST (Australian Western Standard Time), we’ve had participants join from across the globe. Everything is recorded, and our private online community allows you to connect at your own pace.

💸 Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?

Yes. You can choose to pay in full ($1200 AUD) or in 3 monthly payments of $450 AUD.

📚 Will I receive CPD hours for this course?

And yes – this course counts toward your CPD hours. But more than that, it counts toward something most trainings don’t: your wholeness. 

Poh is a Board-Approved Supervisor (BAS) registered in Australia. While She Blossoms is not a formal certification training, many participants have successfully counted it toward their self-directed CPD hours.

You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program, which outlines the hours spent in live sessions, course content, and reflective practice. You’re encouraged to check with your specific registration body (e.g., AHPRA, PACFA, ACA) to confirm eligibility under self-directed or reflective CPD categories.

If you need supporting documentation or clarification for your CPD log, I’m more than happy to provide it.
