How can I fit this into my already packed schedule?
We understand your time is precious. “She Blossoms” is designed with your busy schedule in mind. You may require 2-3 hours of investment in yourself per week. All recordings will be available if you can’t join live. Plus, the benefits you gain from this program will create more space and energy in your life, making everything else more manageable.
Is this program only for Buddhists?
No. Regardless of your religion, our spiritual essence and inner Self-Energy is the same. The same spiritual practice will benefit you regardless of your beliefs. As you know the current evidence-based therapy models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) drew heavily from Buddhism and they have benefitted countless people around the world.
What if I can't make all the live calls?
All calls are recorded and made available in our private community. You won't miss a thing!
How is this different from other burnout programs?
"She Blossoms" uniquely combines evidence-based practices with spiritual wisdom, offering a holistic approach to burnout recovery that addresses your needs as both a professional and a spiritual practitioner.
Is this program only for therapists?
No. You can be a woman in helping professions of any kind (think doctors, nurses, pharmacists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist, social worker, counsellor, physical therapists, physiotherapists and many more). We understand compassion fatigue and burnout are across all helping professions. You will be nicely supported by the community.
I don’t have extra money to spend on myself! How do I justify this investment?
My old self would probably have thought the same! However, consider all the costs associated with the repercussions of burnout – they far exceed this investment. Think about the sick leave and ill health you may experience. Wouldn’t you like to have more energy to play and engage with your loved ones? Those precious moments are priceless. With a healthy mind, body and spirit, you will discover the spark within you and take steps to connect with more ease and calm.
Are there any scholarships available?
