You spend your days listening deeply, attuning, and showing up with care and clarity for others with profound empathy.
You offer presence, patience, and clarity - even on days when you feel flat and distant. While you guide others in mindfulness and self-compassion, you rarely have a space where you are held too.
You've read books and journal articles on ACT, CFT and Buddhism, and you're keen to learn more in Buddhism, but you find it hard to digest those technical jargons and terms.
"Am I being in my head again?"
"Am I missing something here?"
You long for deeper reflection of your spiritual practice and awakening and actual time to practice.
Somewhere between sessions, reports, responsibilities, and family life, you may notice:
• You feel stretched thin
• You move through your day on a quiet kind of autopilot
• Your mind is still buzzing long after your last session ends
• Your thoughts are scattered across everything you’re responsible for
• You crave moments that aren’t rushed or purely functional
• You long for a steadier way of showing up — for yourself, your clients, and your loved ones
• You notice a quiet tiredness sitting just beneath your collarbones and shoulders

Not burnout. Not crisis.
Just a gentle awareness:
“I want to feel more grounded and connected within.”
If this feels familiar, this circle was created for you.
more strategies
more self‑improvement
more things to “fix”
more self-care strategies
another program that becomes a burden
a regular place to pause and return home to Self
a steady rhythm that helps us return to ourselves
a like-hearted community of fellow spiritual seekers
practices that support clarity, not perfection
a way to stay grounded while holding others or when life gets 'stormy' and the world climate is 'heavy'
We meet twice a month, alternating between practice and reflection.
We meet every second Friday at 1 pm AWST for an hour starting on the 12th June 2026.
Special social events may be organised within the community.
A guided, accessible meditation designed for therapists:
• helps your mind settle
• reduces internal chatter
• re-centres your attention
• supports emotional steadiness
• invites clarity without effort
These practices are gentle and grounded — suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
You will be gifted books from authors of the Buddhahood Lineage World Humanity Vehicle Buddhism, delivered to you by post. For example, "The Dynamics of The Mind." We will read chapters together and reflect on the teachings together.
Each month, we choose material relevant to the realities of clinical work, such as:
• showing up with presence instead of performance
• holding others’ emotions without absorbing them
• staying steady in the face of pain
• navigating boundaries with kindness
• reconnecting with your values
• finding clarity in decision-making
This is thoughtful discussion — not academic, not pressured — just meaningful reflection with peers.
A quiet online space (off social media) where you can:
• share insights
• reflect on your month
• ask questions
• receive encouragement
• connect with others who understand your work
It’s a supportive, calm environment — not noisy, not overwhelming.
In Buddhist psychology, the idea of good friends on the path (kalyāṇa‑mitta)— spiritual friends who walk alongside us with honesty and care — is central to a grounded life.
This membership offers:
• Companionship
• Understanding
• A shared commitment to inner steadiness and cultivation towards personal awakening
You don’t have to explain what it means to hold space for clients while juggling family, neurodivergence, systemic pressures, or spiritual longing.
We get it.
We're walking it too.
This space may be for you if…
You value depth, reflection, and presence
You’re craving a gentler relationship with yourself and connection with dharma friends
You’ve been noticing quiet signs of depletion
You want consistency — without pressure
You’re drawn to Buddhist-informed wisdom in practical language
You’re longing for calm, grounded community
You want to reconnect with clarity and meaning
You want to integrate spirituality and buddhism without losing professionalism

You don't need to be Buddhist.
You don't need to be 'advanced' meditators.
Just bring your openness and curiosity.

Hi, I’m Poh — psychologist, board‑approved supervisor, long‑time meditator, host of The Practitioner’s Heart Podcast, and a fellow human navigating the complexity of caring for others while caring for myself. I have a keen interest in integrating psychology and Buddhism to support therapists to embody wisdom and compassion, to work sustainably while being on the path of awakening.
My intention is simple:
to create a space where practitioners can return to clarity, steadiness, connection and companionship — without pressure, performance, or perfection.

“Poh creates a space that feels calm, warm, and deeply human.”

“There’s a gentle wisdom in the way she guides.”

“I didn’t realise how much I needed a space like this.”

You don’t need to push harder.
You don’t need to hold everything alone.
You don’t need another technique to master.
You need a place where you can return — a place that nourishes your inner life as much as you nourish others.
Your seat is here.
Your community is waiting.
A membership that helps you stay grounded, clear, and connected — in your work and in your life.
