You spend your days listening deeply, attuning, and offering presence, patience, and clarity - even on days when you feel flat. You guide others in mindfulness and self-compassion, yet you rarely have a space where you are held.
You've read books and journal articles on ACT, CFT and Buddhism, and you're keen to learn more in Buddhism, but you find it hard to digest those technical jargons and terms.
"Am I being in my head again?"
"Am I missing something here?"
Somewhere between sessions, reports, responsibilities, and family life, you've noticed it: a mind still buzzing after the last client, a quiet tiredness beneath your shoulders, a longing for something steadier and less rushed.

Not burnout. Not crisis.
Just a gentle awareness:
“I want to feel more grounded and connected within.”
If that's familiar, this circle was created for you.
more strategies
more self‑improvement
more things to “fix”
more self-care strategies
another program that becomes a burden
a regular place to pause and return home to Self
a steady rhythm that helps us return to ourselves
a like-hearted community of fellow spiritual seekers
practices that support clarity, not perfection
a way to stay grounded while holding others or when life gets 'stormy' and the world climate is 'heavy'
We meet twice a month, alternating between practice and reflection.
Special social events may be organised within the community.
A guided, accessible meditation space designed to develop inner capacities and strengthen your clinical presence:
• helps your mind settle
• reduces internal chatter and emotional reactivity
• re-centres your attention
• cultivates grounded awareness
• accesses clarity and regulation through the body
These practices are experiential and grounded — suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators. They directly enhance self-regulation, therapeutic presence, and psychological flexibility.
For Australian participants, you will be gifted books from authors of the Buddhahood Lineage World Humanity Vehicle Buddhism, delivered to you by post. For example, "The Dynamics of The Mind." "108 Words of Wisdom."
Together, we will read short chapters and engage in meaningful reflection, exploring how Buddhist psychology supports clinical work and therapist wellbeing.
Each month, we choose materials and themes relevant to the realities of clinical work, such as:
• showing up with presence instead of performance
• holding others’ emotions without absorbing them
• staying steady with clients' suffering
• navigating boundaries with kindness and compassion
• reconnecting with your values during difficult moments
• finding clarity in decision-making
This is guided reflective practice with peers, supported by a board-approved supervisor. Sessions may contribute to your self-directed CPD hours where reflective practice forms part of your learning plan.
A quiet online space (off social media) where you can:
• share insights
• reflect on your month
• ask questions
• receive encouragement
• connect with others who understand your work
It’s a supportive, calm environment — not noisy, not overwhelming.
In Buddhist psychology, the idea of good friends on the path (kalyāṇa‑mitta)— spiritual friends who walk alongside us with honesty and care — is central to a grounded life.
This membership offers:
• Companionship
• Understanding
• A shared commitment to inner steadiness and cultivation towards personal awakening
You don’t have to explain what it means to hold space for clients while juggling family, neurodivergence, systemic pressures, or spiritual longing.
We get it.
We're walking it too.

Hi, I’m Poh — psychologist, board‑approved supervisor, long‑time meditator, host of The Practitioner’s Heart Podcast, and a fellow human navigating the complexity of caring for others while caring for myself. I have a keen interest in integrating psychology and Buddhism to support therapists to embody wisdom and compassion, to work sustainably while being on the path of awakening.
My intention is simple:
that you leave each session a little more settled and lighter than you arrived. That you are filled with dharma joy, peace and ease.
This space may be for you if…
You value depth, reflection, and presence
You’re craving a gentler relationship with yourself and connection with dharma friends
You’ve been noticing quiet signs of depletion
You want consistency — without pressure
You’re drawn to Buddhist-informed wisdom in practical language
You’re longing for calm, grounded community
You want to reconnect with clarity and meaning
You want to integrate spirituality and buddhism into therapy without losing professionalism

You don't need to be Buddhist.
You don't need to be 'advanced' meditators.
Just bring your openness and curiosity.
The Bodhi Inner Path Circle will open to others at $89/month.
As a founding member, you hold your place at $55/month - for life.
It's my thank-you for helping build this from the very beginning.
• Full access to all sessions (2 sessions a month)
• Ongoing community connection off social media
• Access to all session recordings
A note: $10 from every membership each month goes to the Australia Buddhist Bliss Culture Mission (WA) building fund - a small, shared, values-based offering toward a meditation hall. A quiet way our practice together supports something larger.
“A great space to learn Buddhist philosophy that feels calm, warm, and deeply human.”

“The guided meditation is filled with presence and help one to learn.”

“Open and nourishing ”

You don’t need to push harder.
You don’t need to hold everything alone.
You don’t need another technique to master.
You need a place where you can return — a place that nourishes your inner life as much as you nourish others.
Your seat is here.
Your community is waiting.
A membership that helps you stay grounded, clear, and connected — in your work and in your life.
